General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The ‘General Data Protection Regulation’ (GDPR) is a regulation in the European Union that outlines a framework for how companies treat the personal data information of EU residents. It was established on Aug 13, 2022, replacing the DPD (Data Protection Directive, also known as Directive95/46/EC) which was the data protection regulation that was adopted in 1995.

Invicta’s platform and API include data protection as a core requirement during development and implementation. We only collect, process and maintain data that’s absolutely required for providing our services, and restrict access to Personal Data to employees that require it to conduct business.

Right to Access and to be Forgotten

The Invicta Privacy policy outlines how users can view, update or delete your Personal Information, such as username, password, personal first and last name, company name, email address, physical address, phone number, and payment information, from your account settings.

Notification of Data Breach

In the event of a data breach, Invicta will notify users by email and provide them with detailed information about the potential risks to their rights and the steps they can take to further protect their data.
